Victoria Hospital is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position Title: Staff Nurse/Sr.Staff Nurse
Department: Nursing Operation Department
Reports To: Sister /Nursing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to inpatients under the guidance of doctors and supervisors.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report promptly to doctors.
• Assist during medical procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and emergency cases.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes, treatment charts, and patient records.
• Maintain infection control practices and a safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and families regarding care and recovery.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Valid Nursing License (Myanmar- Nursing & Midwifery Council Registration).
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and patient-care focus.
• Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly.
