It conducts daily social visit rounds to ensure patient well-being and provides cashless insurance services, along with assistance in preparing necessary documents for insurance claims for insured patients. The center also handles complaints related to OPD and IPD services to improve patient satisfaction. Additionally, VIP care services are available, specifically tailored for embassy-related cases.

- To provide direct billing service for the insurance patients without lost and errors
- To respond hotline phone number within 5 minutes and solve all the customers complaints and inconvenience within two business days with 85% success rate
