Position Title: Senior Application Support – 1 post
Department: Information Communication & Technology
Reports To: IT Manager

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✔ Document software requirements, specifications & technical processes
✔ Design flowcharts, layouts & technical documentation
✔ Conduct software testing, verification & QA
✔ Maintain & update software functionality
✔ Deploy applications, monitor performance & gather user feedback
✔ Collaborate with IT & healthcare teams to resolve issues
✔ Provide training & end-user support as needed

🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development or application support
• Strong knowledge of documentation & specification writing
• Experience in software testing & QA procedures
• Familiarity with application deployment & user support
• Prior experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is an advantage
