Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists for the CEO.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain systematic filing of in/out letters, contracts, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare necessary documents for the CEO’s meetings (business cards, presentations, etc.).
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with departments for meetings.
- Prepare meeting rooms with proper setup, cleanliness, and materials.
- Record, file, and track official letters requiring CEO’s approval/signature.
- Assist in arranging meetings with HODs and staff when required.
- Perform tasks assigned by the CEO, Corporate Office Manager, or Management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
