Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists for the CEO.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain systematic filing of in/out letters, contracts, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare necessary documents for the CEO’s meetings (business cards, presentations, etc.).
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with departments for meetings.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with proper setup, cleanliness, and materials.
  • Record, file, and track official letters requiring CEO’s approval/signature.
  • Assist in arranging meetings with HODs and staff when required.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the CEO, Corporate Office Manager, or Management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
