Today, Victoria Hospital is sharing essential health knowledge for men at different stages of life…
💪 Age 20–30
At this age, energy levels are high and men often overlook their health. However, it’s important to start building a strong foundation for long-term wellness. A healthy lifestyle means avoiding alcohol and smoking, eating balanced meals, and exercising regularly. Managing stress from work or studies is also crucial—make sure to give your mind enough rest.
💁♂️ Age 40–50
As men reach this stage, the body’s functions begin to slow down, and the risk of illnesses increases. Paying extra attention to health is vital. Regular check-ups are recommended, particularly for heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Symptoms like difficulty urinating or frequent urination may indicate prostate enlargement or prostate cancer—so timely medical consultation is important. Weight management also becomes more challenging, so diet and exercise need closer care.
♟️ Age 60 and above
This is a critical period that requires special care. The risks of colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and lung cancer increase, making regular screenings essential. Conditions such as osteoporosis and joint pain are also common. To protect bone health, foods rich in calcium and vitamin D are recommended. Since balance and stability decrease with age, accidental falls can become more frequent.
👉 No matter the age, men should listen to their bodies, go for regular health check-ups, and consult a doctor promptly if something feels unusual.
