The young girl presenting with right sided hemiplegia reached our emergency unit on 10^thAugust 2020, Dr.Zar Ni MyintShwe (our resident Neurologist) and emergency team assessed  her medical condition by thorough investigations and neurologic evaluation,  this patient was appropriate to be  received Thrombolytic therapy with rTPA.  Thus, she was able to get the reperfusion by Thrombolytic therapy timely within golden hours. At the same night, the improvement has been noticed because she could regain the small movement of hand and legs.Now, she regained all movement and speech, and now is back to living her life as though stroke never happened.

One of her family member, the patient treated, said “Victoria hospital save life of my niece because her right side couldn’t move when she first suffered it and we, all worried for her.  But, we could see the obvious improvement of her conditions since the night after treatment infusion.  So, our hope for her to regain movement could expect 95%.  Consequently,  the improvement has been increased in 2^nd day, 3^rd day.  So, we are very happy to see the recovery conditions of our girl.    We are also delighted to get medical services given by Victoria’s doctors and nurses and thanks a lot for it.”
